Key Responsibilities
- Manage, service, and grow an insurance book of business
- Develop and implement sales, marketing, and business development strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and community partners
- Recruit, develop, and lead agency staff as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Oversee daily agency operations and performance metrics
- Drive agency growth through customer acquisition, retention, and cross-selling opportunities
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty License (required)
- Life & Health License (preferred)
- Previous experience in insurance sales, account management, or agency operations
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and performance goals
- Ability to successfully complete background and credit requirements
- Financial readiness to support agency operations, including staffing and marketing investments
Compensation
Compensation may include:
- New business commissions
- Renewal commissions
- Performance bonuses
- Agency growth incentives
